ok, I understand now. Well, this is what exactly one of my visistors wrote:
"I've been getting redirected to other websites, and popups. [...] and when I go on your site, I get redirected to a different one."

    Lightbulb Temporary Fix

I don't think it would be in linkbucks best interest to go blocking advertisers; the best approach in my opinion would be to notify these advertisers and give them a chance to get rid of the code that's causing the sneaky pop-ups. That's assuming the code comes from the Advertisers' websites.

The behavior I have noticed with the pop-us is after user clicks on your link then they get redirected to the linkbucks page ( as expected ) and as soon as they click the skip ad button two things may happen:

    1. a random page pops up in a new tab

    2. Your destination page (which is the one you shorten with linkbucks) is completed replaced with a random page driving your visitor away from your site and from possibly clicking on more of your links.

Considering most users are not computer savvy as soon as they are redirected to a non related website they will just close it and go along with their day. This decreases the publisher (us) and linkbucks revenue.

    The temporary Fix

Until linkbucks do something about it the only way that seemed to work for me were two pop up blockers, there are tons of these but I'll tell you exactly which ones I used that increased my revenue by a 20-30%

They integrate seamlessly with firefox or chrome (haven't tried on other browsers tho).

So feel free to try 'em out and post your results in the comments below.

    Firefox Version - Learn More
    Chrome Version - Learn More

Use CTRL + Left Click on your keyboard to open on new tab.

    The Cons
The only downside of this method would be if you use pop ups or pop unders on your website which could be counterproductive but I don't see why would you do that it only annoys the heck out of your visitors.

And if you're worried about your Email Autoresponder' form that sometimes is used as a pop-up you could use an awesome tool that integrates with your website and is not affected by any popup blocker and it will massively increase your lists and the best of all is completely FREE to use for as long as you want.

This tool is called Sumome, try it and I'm sure you will love it.

I hope I was of some help.

Feel free to shoot me up a message if you have any questions or comments.

I am also facing this issue for a while that the skip ad button is not working properly. We have to work or read a lot and this adds to produce a disturbance. You can get https://do-my-assignment.com/assignment-help-australia/ which helps to the student to write their assignments. I know they also have to earn from it but the skip button must be there.
