You confused me a bit, do you just need web hosting?

    Try ProvisionHost at: http://www.client.provisionhost.com/aff.php?aff=001

I don't recall them saying anything about not allowing gambling sites. You can ask them directly through support.

I believe they do allow that, I think they allow anything but illegal websites (hacking, virsues, etc.)

    ^^OP wants gambling not gaming.
And if you really want to open up a gambling site you will need the proper license from your country to run one.
Another thing it is illegal in US to have online gambling, casino, poker. So if you live in US you can forget it.
If you live in UK I found this host.
    Good luck!

EDIT: This was post of the devil, I have 666 posts now...

If op want to start a real gambling like pokerstar i'd sugest to have a look at
    http://www.datacentermap.com/datacenters.html
and take a look for small island and country you never heard of i've see couple that offer dedicated solution for gambling website like casino and card game.

if just want a blog about gambling find a cheap host that have a live chat and ask them or wait 1-2 week and i'll host you

WTF is "bhumishqidc" and why havent I heard of "Mauritus"
But if OP wants to start just a blog about gambling I think its safe to just contact some hosting companies e.g. ipage, godaddy, or just wait until qwerty has his own
