New Reporting
It appears that the budget set on the campaign is causing it.
We did some updates to the ad system today so it MAY be sorted out already but do this:
Try another campaign but this time don't set a budget. See what happens and let us know.
Visit the Reporting section of your ad portal to verify data.

i've tried a campaigne with no budget and it works but i do not want all my campaigne's with no budget. that's the mistake i made with earlier campaigne's and i'm not going to do the same thing now. Linkbucks needs to fix this bug ASAP.
Have you since tried it with a budget? It's quite possible that it will work fine as there were some bug fixes released right around the same time you had this problem.
As per my previous post from 4 days ago - "We did some updates to the ad system today so it MAY be sorted out already" - meaning you can probably set a budget.
Test this out and let us know what happens.

well suzuki i already have one running (It was created 2 days ago) and it froze on me all-day yesterday but now it's running regular now. I hope linkbucks have fixed this problem for good!!
