    I need at least 7 to 8 hours of regular sleep at night time. When I am feeling stress or depress, I just want to sleep more much as possible. Enough sleep can give me energy and refreshing my mood and mind.

    I sleep 7 to 8 hours in a night.
    but i think 8 hours sleeping is very important for a health life.

    I think that we should not be thinking about the number of hours but the quality of sleep we get. I usually get to sleep an average of 5 hours a day. It would also depend on the activity the previous day or during the entire day because sometimes you need more time sleep and other days 5 hours is just enough.

    I usually sleep 8-10 hours, depends on how much time I can afford to sleep

    you want to be fresh in whole day you need minimum eight hour to sleep.

    I need to sleep almost 8 to 9 hours because it keeps me wroking whole day long and sleeping time should be at night it keeps you more motivated whole day long
