As per my better health we should sleep minimum eight hours because its better time to get rest for mind and our body. With less sleep we can get many body problems.

I sleep daily 8-9 hours in 24 hours, by the way 7-8 hours is good for healthy body.

I need at least 7 to 8 hours of regular sleep at night time. When I am feeling stress or depress,
I just want to sleep more much as possible. Enough sleep can give me energy and refreshing my mood and mind.

If I can get in 5 solid, tick, tight hours i will be able to do my day normally. Maximum potential is at 7 hours tough.
