Why is there is no locker links any more?

I didn't use linkbucks for 2 years .Recently I tired make some locker links and there is no option called locker link.Why is that ?

There were a number of reasons but it doesn't really matter at this point since they were removed a year or two ago I think.
I don't suspect they will be brought back but who knows
